The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of June 23, 2024:
- Mark Sabol was promoted to senior director of retail sales and service for East Manufacturing.
- Vinn White was named deputy administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). He will also serve as the acting administrator.
- Cody Partin is the new president of the Cox Family Office. He most recently served as senior vice president of enterprise security and corporate services for Cox Enterprises. He succeeds Sandy Schwartz, who will retire from Cox at the end of the year.
- Sam Peterson is the new chief technology officer at Truckstop.
- Donaldson Company has named Andrew Dahlgren as president, Mobile Solutions, and Richard Lewis as president, Life Sciences.
- Lisa Amend was named senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Dana Incorporated.
- NTN Bearing Corporation has added Mike Ferris to its Automotive Aftermarket sales team.
- LSI Chemical announces the retirement of Julie Blankenship and names Lorenda Stalnaker as the company’s new business development manager.
- Doug Carmichael, CEO and co-founder of Transport Enterprise Leasing, has died.
- Sylvia Hendron was named Voltera's first chief development officer.
- LSI Chemical, a division of Lubrication Specialties, named Lorenda Stalnaker as the company's business development manager. She replaces Julie Blankenship, who retired.
- DENSO named Hisaaki Sato President of DENSO Automotive Systems Australia, solution sales and marketing, planning department, automotive and life solutions division. Atsushi Aratake was named president of DENSO Solution, customer service engineering division.
- Gurminder Bedi resigned from Blue Bird Corporation's board of directors Wednesday. He had been on the board for nine years.
- PHINIA has appointed Russell Stebbins as general manager of the North American aftermarket business.
