
Peter Ahrens will be Kenworth's general manager and Paccar vice president, effective July 1, the company announced Wednesday. Joe Adams will be the company's assistant general manager.

Ahrens was previously Kenworth's assistant general manager of operations. He's been with Paccar for 15 years kand also worked as Paccar Parts director, director of product marketing and managing director at Paccar subsidiary Leyland Trucks.
Joe Adams has been with Paccar for 26 years, most recently as Kenworth's chief engineer. He also served as Paccar's director of purchasing, assistant chief engineer for North American and Kenworth's assistant chief engineer for cab, electrical and outer body development.
