Texas Trucks Direct was founded in 1982 in Stephensville, Texas, offering parts and service. Vander Haag’s, founded in 1939, has 11 other locations across the Midwest. The Stephenville location will be Vander Haag's second in Texas.
Vander Haag’s states the acquisition includes the company’s full-service repair facility, experienced technicians, parts inventory and customer relationships. Existing employees are being retained, ensuring continuity of service and preserving the expertise that customers have relied on for years, the company adds.
“This move allows us to offer even faster turnaround times, greater parts access and an expanded range of services,” Vander Haag says. “Our goal is simple: Keep our customers on the road with the best support in the industry.”
