The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) has opened registration for The Summit, its independent aftermarket leadership conference.
Scheduled for Sept. 9-12, at Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, CVSN says the event will mark the 100-year anniversary of its parent independent associations and will provide the independent commercial vehicle distribution chain with a great event to meet and develop strong business relationships at the highest levels of each organization that keeps the industry strong. All social events are designed to create as much networking as possible, allowing each attendee their own opportunities to deepen and strengthen the relationships within their personal networks.
This year's strong speaker lineup also will be focused on CVSN's Four Pillars Communities. Additionally, members conduct 30-minute presentations/discussions known as Supplier and Distributor Spotlights, focused on executive level initiatives with their key current and potential distribution-chain or supply-chain partners.
Finally, the event will feature the organization's annual President's Award, which recognizes individuals who have contributed greatly to the Commercial Vehicle aftermarket industry, as well as the GenNext "4 Under 40" Award, which honor four outstanding individuals under 40 making their marks in the industry. The industry's annual "John Bzeta Children's" charity auction also will be held held on the final night of the event with proceeds going to a local children's hospital.
