Organizers for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) announced this week registration for HDAW 2025 is now open.

Building on last year's record-breaking success, which brought together more than 2,900 industry professionals, HDAW25 is expected to surpass these achievements and strengthen its status as the premier meeting ground for distributors, suppliers, service providers, and thought leaders in the heavy duty aftermarket industry.

Scheduled for Jan. 20-23, 2025, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, this year's event will focus on the theme “Brake New Ground,” highlighting the essential need for innovation and forward momentum in the industry.

Leading HDAW this year are co-chairs Jean Gregoire, group president of Marmon Heavy Duty Brakes Group, and Michael Keller, vice president of Category Management & Sourcing at FleetPride. With their extensive industry experience and deep understanding of the heavy-duty aftermarket sector, organizers say Gregoire and Keller will ensure that HDAW offers unparalleled opportunities for suppliers to showcase their latest products and innovations, and for distributors to gain valuable knowledge and forge essential business relationships. Their leadership guarantees a platform where industry professionals can stay ahead in a rapidly changing market, organizers say.

“HDAW is the most influential event for the heavy duty aftermarket industry,” said Michael Keller, distributor co-chair. “Each year, our goal is to bring together industry leaders and innovators to inspire forward-thinking strategies that will drive the industry ahead, and this year's theme really captures this focus.”

"Brake New Ground" highlights the bold moves required for growth and sustainability in today’s market. Organizers say the theme encourages attendees to embrace new strategies and innovations, offering a dynamic environment where industry professionals can explore cutting-edge solutions and establish vital connections. HDAW aims to empower participants to "brake” away from traditional methods and accelerate their progress by leveraging the latest advancements in technology, business practices, and market insights.

“This year's event is designed to move the industry forward and set attendees up for success," adds Gregoire, supplier co-chair. "By offering insights from industry thought leaders, business opportunities that connect suppliers and distributors, and an expansive Product Expo, HDAW provides industry professionals with the resources and environment they need to make these bold moves that foster innovation and growth."

One of the standout aspects of HDAW is the renowned One-on-One Business Meeting program. These pre-scheduled sessions facilitate direct interactions between suppliers and distributors, providing a unique platform to discuss specific business needs, negotiate deals, and build crucial relationships. This focused approach ensures that both parties can maximize their time and achieve meaningful outcomes.

In addition to the One-on-One meetings, HDAW offers a unique opportunity for both suppliers and distributors to gain valuable insights and connect with industry peers. The event features an educational session on today’s trends and best practices, a Product Expo showcasing the industry’s latest advancements, and various networking opportunities.

Registration for HDAW is now open. Early bird promotions are available through Nov. 15, 2024. For more details and to register, visit hdaw.org
