The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) will hold a webinar at 2 p.m. ET, March 11, with CPA Gene Marks that will address potential tax credits available to small businesses in the COVID-19 stimulus bill.
CVSN says Marks is a past columnist for both The New York Times and the Washington Post, now writes regularly for The Hill, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Forbes, Inc. magazine, Entrepreneur magazine and The Guardian. He also has written five books on business management, specifically geared towards small- and medium-sized companies.
Through his keynotes and breakout sessions, CVSN says Marks helps business owners, executives and managers understand the political, economic and technological trends that will affect their companies and — most importantly — the actions they can take to continue to grow and profit.
"Whether you have been impacted by COVID-19 or not, the new stimulus bill has some tax incentives that may help your business," CVSN says. "In this webinar, Gene Marks, CPA, will dig into these credits as well as other ways you can reduce your taxes. This timely webinar is geared to CEOs, CFOs and other high-level company executives, but all are welcome to participate."
CVSN says it will record the webinar so attendees who are not available to attend in real time can still experience the event. Additionally, the organization says it is working to schedule more webinars to help members and aftermarket business get through this difficult time.
