Truck Trailer & Equipment has entered the Memphis marketplace with the acquisition of former Pinnacle Truck & Trailer in West Memphis.
Truck Trailer & Equipment recently changed management to the Hollingsworth Group, and it’s that change that spurred the company’s new growth plan. David Hollingsworth is the company’s new president and John Waits is CFO. The company is a member of HDA Truck Pride.
Truck Trailer & Equipment is headquartered in Jackson, Miss. With five locations, the company currently covers the entire state of Mississippi and the greater Memphis area.
Truck Trailer & Equipment has been servicing the commercial vehicle marketplace across the state of Mississippi since 1967. Their expansion into Memphis is a natural transition as the Memphis area has been void of independent distribution, the company says.
Truck Trailer & Equipment carries inventory for all makes and models, premium brand name products and a full array of services to handle the customers’ needs and solve their problems, the company says.
