TRC says it is now offering Volvo I-Shift, Mack mDrive, Detroit DT12 and Eaton AMTs. TRC says all of its AMTs are completely disassembled and cleaned utilizing the latest technology. The disassembled parts and components receive stringent inspection, each is measured to OEM specifications of quality. TRC also uses the latest engineering updated high range drum, range clutch, engaging ring and synchronizer ring. All critical components and “high wear” items are replaced, the company says.
TRC also says its reman transmissions include 100 percent, replacement of bearings, seals, gaskets and speed sensor, 100 percent dynamometer testing to ensure quality and a two-year warranty.
On the differential side, TRC is now offering remanufactured Mack CRD and Detroit Alliance RT products.
TRC says its full line of medium- and heavy-duty differentials includes single speed, two speed and tandem sets available for immediate exchange. TRC stocks more than 1500 differentials that can be shipped the same day.
Additionally, the company says its newest axles and differentials include 100 percent complete disassembly and inspection of all parts and components and 100 percent replacement of all wear parts including bearings, gaskets, ring gear bolt kits, snap rings and shims.
