MacKay & Company announced Tuesday will be presenting at the 2017 University of the Aftermarket Heavy Duty Leadership program, a five-day program chocked full of pertinent and worthwhile sessions covering the commercial vehicle market and the aftermarket.
Scheduled for July 9-13 at Northwood University’s Midland, Mich., campus the University of the Aftermarket program is open to any early- to mid-career management-track professional in the commercial vehicle aftermarket. The focus of the educational programs is on leadership, management, industry trends and business skills.
MacKay & Company’s presentation on “Commercial Truck Industry Trends” will be presented by Ken Griswold and John Blodgett. The company says it will examine the current state of the aftermarket and what the company sees as the trends and influences on this ever-changing and evolving marketplace. As MacKay & Company reaches out to thousands of fleet owners throughout the year, it is collecting data and input from those who are turning the wrench and purchasing the part.
“We are looking forward to sharing our Aftermarket knowledge with the leadership professionals attending this worthwhile program,” says Molly MacKay Zacker, vice president of Operations at MacKay & Company.
The University of the Aftermarket is an educational alliance of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association and is an operating unit of Northwood University.
