Sean Ryan is the new president and treasurer at Point Spring & Driveshaft. The move, effective July 12, was announced Friday.
Ryan has spent the last two years as executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire company and its locations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. He will report to CEO Bill Ryan.
“The last couple of years we put all operations under him,” says Bill Ryan. “He’s come through his training and really proved himself.”
In addition to his work at Point Spring & Driveshaft, Ryan also is serving on industry advisory councils and is an officer of the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN).
“[Sean] has been starting to lead some other groups, so we felt he was ready to do so here,” Bill Ryan says.
