TRC Reman has released a new website geared toward product training and customer assistance.

In today’s information overload world, TRC Reman says it can be difficult for technicians to easily access all of the technical bulletins, installation instructions, etc. aimed at assisting them when installing today’s sophisticated drive train components. As a result, TRC has developed Drive-Trainer.com, an effective, streamlined way to get only the “necessary” information to customers that will help them prolong the life of their products and decrease failures due to common installation issues.

“Field failures cause downtime, lost revenue, expense and frustration for all parties involved.” says Dave Olsen, CEO of TRC. “Drive-Trainer.com will increase customer satisfaction by providing the information the customer needs get the best out of their product bought from TRC. We are excited to provide this tool to our customers.”

TRC says the new website is a free online repository. It is a customers’ solution for technical data, installation tips, and general help such as installation checklists and video how to’s regarding a product purchased from TRC. The company says the goal is to give customers all of the information they need to successfully install and maintain their drive train product. Providing this information will help prolong the life of the product. As Drive-Trainer grows, TRC says so will the product knowledge of current and future customers.
