Milwaukee Tool has introduced the M18 Fuel 3/8 in. mid-torque impact wrench. Building off the 1/2 in. mid-torque impact wrenches, the new version delivers up to 450 ft-lb. of fastening torque and 600 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque, according to an announcement.
“By leveraging our M18 Fuel technology, Milwaukee Tool has continued to deliver fastening solutions that provide more power in a compact package; ultimately giving users solutions that can completely replace pneumatic and corded. In continuing this mission, we saw a clear opportunity to push our capabilities even further,” says Eric Rusch, senior product manager for Milwaukee Tool. “The new M18 Fuel 3/8 in. mid-torque impact wrench delivers the most powerful 3/8 in. impact wrench so users can put away their hoses and cords for good, while achieving up to 50 percent longer anvil life than other leading cordless impact wrenches.”
The M18 Fuel 3/8 in. mid-torque impact wrench is designed with a three-mode Drive Control feature, providing the user with the versatility to switch between Modes 1, 2 and 3 to match the power and speed to the application at hand. Like other M18 Fuel impact wrenches, this tool has a specialized rubber overmold material that provides comfort during prolonged use while lasting longer against corrosive materials.
As with all M18 Fuel products*, the new tool features three Milwaukee-exclusive innovations — the PowerState Brushless Motor, RedLithium XC5.0 battery pack and RedLink Plus intelligence hardware and software — to deliver performance, durability and run-time.
