Neapco Holdings announced Friday Keith Sanford has elected to retire as president of Neapco Components after 24 years of dedicated service. Phil Cushman has been appointed to the position of president, Neapco Components, effective immediately.
Neapco says Sanford will continue in a supporting role to assure a smooth transition through the end of September 2018. During his career, Sanford has played an important role on the Neapco executive team as the company grew organically and through key acquisitions, which has helped to position Neapco to its prominent role today.
Cushman comes to Neapco with more than 30 years of strategic operational experience in the automotive aftermarket and OE industry. He previously held key leadership roles with the CURT Group, Benteler Automotive, Visteon, and Valeo. In his new role with Neapco, Cushman will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Neapco Components business, the company says.
