President Andy Robblee and the board of directors of the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) announced Tuesday that Rocky Romanella of 3SIXTY Management Services will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming 2018 CVSN Aftermarket Distribution Summit in September at the Chateau Elan Winery Resort and Spa, Braselton, Georgia.
An expert in cultural integration, operations and engineering, while in executive roles, Romanella successfully launched one of the largest re-branding initiatives in franchising history, The UPS Store, which revolutionized the $9 billion retail shipping and business services market. His newest book, which all Summit attendees will receive, was just released, “Tighten The Lug Nuts: The Principles of Balanced Leadership.”
When speaking, CVSN says Romanella uses his over 40 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and transportation, retail, sales and operational management at UPS, and his CEO and director roles, to explore the ways a true leader can add value as a trusted advisor, mentor, and visionary who uses a process approach to lead the organization and its people to new levels of success.
In addition to Romanella’s presentation during the Sept. 10 Opening General Session at this year’s Aftermarket Distribution Summit, CVSN says it also will present two special awards — the President’s Award to Pete Joy of Phillips Industries and the GenNext 4 Under 40 Awards.
