The Arizona branch of The Lighthouse Inc. has been acquired by Parts West Heavy Duty, the companies have announced.
Parts West HD is a newly formed LLC led by Charles Weston former Westpac Heavy Duty (also known as C.W. Carter Co., and Westpac of California). With the acquisition, Parts West HD will do business as Light House of Arizona in Arizona and Nevada and will continue to operate the lighting and emergency products The Lighthouse has specialized in Arizona since 1977.
In reentering the heavy-duty aftermarket, Weston says he looks forward to seeing many old friends, while striking up new relationships and alliances in the industry that has been so good to him.
