Doran Manufacturing marks 70 years

Doran Manufacturing has a new 10,000-square-foot plant and new ownership as it marks 70 years in business.

The new plant, in Blue Ash, outside of Cincinnati, has space for manufacturing, shipping, service and offices.

"We're thrilled with the new facilities," Doran President Jim Samocki says. "Blue Ash is transportation-friendly and offers many amenities that we didn't have previously, which are great for our current and future team members."

Samocki and other Doran executives, including Vice President of Business Development Lee Demis and Controller Dave Robinson, recently bought the company.

"We continue to innovate and will soon be rolling out new initiatives that will make it even easier for customers to monitor their tire pressures," Samocki says. "Whether in a fleet of over-the-road trucks and trailers, agricultural tractors and equipment, or off-road machinery for mining and heavy construction, our goal is to enhance safety and reduce costs across the fleet."
