
MHC will invite customers, industry partners and the local trucking community to the grand opening of its newest state-of-the-art facility in Knoxville, Tenn., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Oct. 18.
Located conveniently off Highway 40 and Strawberry Plains Pike, MHC Kenworth - Knoxville extends MHC’s capabilities to deliver superior service and reduce downtime for its valued customers. The company says the grand opening will feature:
- Facility tours showcasing the dealership’s expanded offerings
- Vendor displays from top industry brands such as Kenworth, Paccar, Hino, Eaton, Fleetguard and more
- Raffles for free oil changes and alignments
- Exclusive parts specials and giveaways
- Antique truck displays
- Complementary lunch
MHC is dedicated to providing around-the-clock support with seven-days-a-week, 24-hours-a-day parts and service availability. The new 71,000-sq.-ft., facility expands MHC’s footprint in Knoxville by more than 200 percent, offering 20 service bays, DPF cleaning equipment, alignment services, overhead hoist, mobile maintenance and certified support for Paccar, Cummins and CAT engines, Eaton drivetrain and Allison transmission. With an extensive parts inventory, MHC ensures both local and over-the-road drivers have access to the parts they need, the company says.
The facility also features a spacious driver’s lounge with a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and dedicated restrooms and showers. And MHC adds employees also benefit from upgraded offices, breakrooms, a climate-controlled service department and dedicated training room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the team.
