Fullbay kicks off a third season of owner roundtables on Tuesday, starting 2025 talking about shop staff retention.

CEO Patrick McKittrick and Ascend Consulting CEO Peter Cooper will be joined by staff from Bascom Truck & Auto, including Dick Bascom, owner and president; Mike Bascom, general manager; and Mandy McWilliams, vice president of finance. The panel will discuss staff retention insights, night shift success, multi-generational growth and team building strategies.
