
NationaLease held its 2025 sales meeting and logistics summit recently in Phoenix. Attendees shared insights into the freight market, strategies, successes and more.
The first day and a half of the meeting was the Dedicated Logistics Summit. Jim Stetz, vice president of dedicated contract carriage at NationaLease, opened the meeting. Other speakers included Ken Evans, Konexial; Bob Hudec, Edward Don & Company; Fred Virga, TCI Leasing/Rentals; and Celine King, GreenIRR Inc.

"We've all dealt with a lot of uncertainty this past year, but we've shown that truly understanding our customer's needs, delivering personalized service, and helping them grow is what continues to set us apart," says Dean Vicha, president of NationaLease. "There's no doubt we'll face these and new challenges in 2026, but we have great momentum and I can't wait to see where we're standing this time next year."
The sales meeting began with Jane Clark, senior vice president of operations at NationaLease and Vicha. Other speakers included Ross Abdrakhmanov, neKey; Joe King, Fleetrock; Ken Davis, Greentree Advisors; Mark Shonka, IMPAX Sales Performance; Ray Swesey, Brown NationaLease; Bob Lauswer, Bentley Truck Services; and several other NationaLease representatives in moderated discussions and on panels. Jay Hagerty was recognized as the recipient of the Gerald Yeomans Top Sales Award for national account executives.
The 2026 meeting will be held Nov. 17-29 in Fort Lauderdale.
