Love’s Travel Stops is expanding its footprint in Florida, with the opening of a new travel stop in Gretna, located at 265 Opportunity Way (I-10, exit 174).

The new travel stop has 121 truck parking spaces and provides free parking for Love’s customers, helping to address the national truck parking shortage. So far in 2026, Love’s has added 991 truck parking spaces across the country.

Located between existing travel stops in Cottondale and Lee, Love’s states the new location in Gretna provides a much-needed stop for professional drivers, RVers and motorists navigating I-10 in the Florida Panhandle. It also has eight diesel bays and a CAT scale.

“This expansion directly supports the regional and national supply chain by adding essential truck parking and fueling capacity along a heavy freight corridor where reliable, clean amenities are vital for driver safety and transport efficiency,” the company says.

Additionally, under Love’s Road Ahead Plan, the company recently celebrated the grand reopenings of its country store in Elk City, Okla., and its travel stop in Roscoe, Illinois. Guests can now experience updated environments designed to improve traffic flow and elevate the overall shopping experience. So far in 2026, Love’s has completed updates to 18 locations and opened 10 new stores.
