Karmak makes new appointments

KarmakKarmak has made three new management appoints to better meet its client demands.

The company has named Jim Allen vice president of client services, Gail Wilkinson as vice president of business solutions and Adam Madsen vice president of analytics.

Karmak says Allen’s strong background in account management and customer service will benefit him in his new role.

“This new role will allow me to focus on our customers’ experience moving to a new business management system. We want it to be as seamless as possible, as changing systems requires hard work and preparation,” he says.

Karmak says Wilkinson’s focus will be supporting Karmak’s Legend and INFO 5 platforms, where she will bring a strong background in leadership and customer service to her new role.

“We have hundreds of customers that have been loyal to us for a very long time, and I am committed to making sure those customers remain satisfied with their business solution,” she says.

Madsen will be responsible for bringing data visualization to data warehousing to Karmak customers, the company says.

“Karmak is focused on bringing powerful analytic solutions which represent competitive advantage to industry leaders with vision,” says Madsen.
