The Service Company acquired Foster's Truck & Trailer of Columbus, Ohio, the companies announced Friday. The deal closed March 10.

Foster's Truck & Trailer is a Columbus, Ohio, business specializing in maintenance and repair services for trucks and trailers.
The Service Company, based in Covington, Ohio, is a provider of truck and trailer repair, maintenance and fleet services. It was also a 2024 Trucks, Parts, Service Distributor of the Year finalist.
