Vander Haag's acquires Texas Trucks Direct

Vander Haag's announced the acquisition of Texas Trucks Direct on Wednesday. 

"We are excited to welcome the Texas Trucks Direct team into the Vander Haag's family," says Reuben Vander Haag, fourth-generation owner. "Their reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing industry-leading support to truck owners, fleets and operators."

Texas Trucks Direct was founded in 1982 in Stephensville, Texas, offering parts and service. Vander Haag's, founded in 1939, has 11 other locations across the Midwest. The Stephenville location will be Vander Haag's second in Texas. 

"This move allows us to offer even faster turnaround times, greater parts access and an expanded range of services," Vander Haag says. "Our goal is simple: Keep our customers on the road with the best support in the industry."
