Inland Truck Parts & Service has completed the acquisition of Northern Colorado Drive Line Service, a Greeley, Colo.-based provider of driveline products and services serving Northern Colorado and the surrounding region.
Inland says this acquisition brings together two established driveline operations located less than a mile apart in Greeley. Inland currently operates from its recently built location on 1st Ave., where the combined business is expected to be integrated in the near future.
Northern Colorado Drive Line Service has served the market for decades and built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, technical expertise and dependable customer service. Under Dan Daily’s ownership, the business became known for drive shaft repair, modification, fabrication and balancing, along with u-joints, center support bearings, yokes, agricultural drive shafts and related driveline solutions.

“Inland has known and respected the Northern Colorado Drive Line Service team for many years,” says Greg Klein, Inland president and CEO. “Dan built a strong business with a lasting reputation in this market, and we are honored to help carry that legacy forward.”
James Copeland, Inland’s local manager in Greeley, will oversee both operations as the businesses are brought together. The transition will focus on continuity for customers and employees while combining the strengths of both teams, the company says.
“This is a meaningful addition for our Greeley team,” says Copeland. “By bringing together the people, experience and customer relationships of Northern Colorado Drive Line Service with Inland’s existing local operation, we believe we can build the strongest driveline business in the region.”
Inland adds the acquisition reflects its continued commitment to investing in local expertise, experienced employees and customer-focused service.
