Road Warrior Parts & Service, formerly Commercial Truck and Trailer Parts (CTTP), has completed three acquisitions. The deals include LASCO Heavy Duty in Kentucky, Mid-States Tire and Retread in Missouri, and Colton Truck Terminal Garage in California.
CTTP rebranded as Road Warrior last week.
LASCO Heavy Duty was founded as Louisville Auto Spring & Brake in 1927 and offers custom spring manufacturing and repair, ABS trailer repairs, wheel alignments, axle repairs and brake service.

"Selling our business wasn't just a financial decision — it was about finding the right home for our employees and customers," says David Washbish, president of LASCO. "Road Warrior proved throughout the process that they cared about both. They were transparent, fair and followed through on every commitment they made. Looking back, we'd make the same decision again."
Joe Petosa, partner at Sope Creek Capital and CFO for Road Warrior, says the company has had a good experience in the heavy-duty industry.
"It's an industry not only filled with men and women who are extremely knowledgeable about their business, but also filled with just high-caliber, good people," he says. "We're honored to have the opportunity to bring together a group of like-minded individuals with a common goal — providing high-quality, heavy-duty solutions to customers by building and supporting a team of high-quality, heavy-duty professionals."

Mid-States Tire and Retread serves the greater Kansas City area with tire sales, in-shop service and mobile roadside assistance for heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Colton Truck Terminal Garage was founded in 1956 and is a heavy-duty repair shop for trucks, RVs and motorhomes in need of service in southern California. The shop specializes in brake and suspension work.
Road Warrior says it's still actively pursuing acquisition opportunities in heavy-duty parts distribution and repair to extend its network. Sope Creek Capital is the lead investor and operational partner for Road Warrior.
