
Carrier Transicold has named Carrier Transicold Northwest of Auburn, Wash., its 2025 Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada and Grupo Refritrans Centroamérica as its 2025 Dealer of the Year for Latin America.
The awards were presented at the company’s 2026 Dealer Conference in Huntington Beach, Calif., and recognize top performance across all aspects of dealer operations, including sales, service, market penetration, customer satisfaction, business investment and growth.
Carrier Transicold Northwest is a family-owned dealer with locations in Auburn, Mount Vernon and Richland, Wash. For more than 35 years, the company has built a reputation for providing consistent, high-quality service to a diverse range of customers hauling temperature-controlled goods across the Pacific Northwest.

Grupo Refritrans Centroamérica, based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, was named Carrier Transicold’s Dealer of the Year for Latin America for the first time. A Carrier Transicold dealer since 1989, Refritrans serves customers through locations in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica, demonstrating strong growth and a commitment to serving refrigerated transport customers across multiple countries and in demanding operating conditions.
Grupo Refritrans Centroamerica of was named the 2025 Dealer of the Year for the Latin America by Carrier Transicold.

Carrier Transicold also presented the Extra Mile Award for customer service to Carrier Transicold West of Salt Lake City, Utah, and to Syms IngenierĂa en RefrigeraciĂłn del Sur of Oaxaca, Mexico.
Additionally, five North American dealer locations received Brick & Mortar Awards for their facility investments: Carrier Transicold West in Caldwell, Idaho, Shelley, Idaho and Spokane Valley, Wash.; MCT Companies in Bakersfield, Calif.; and MHC Carrier Transicold in Lake City, Ga. In Latin America, Brick & Mortar Awards went to Puerto RefrigeraciĂłn in Veracruz, Mexico; Refritrans in San Pedro Sula, Honduras; and RETO in Guadalajara, Mexico.
