Rotary Lift formally introduced its new Mach Flex powered by RedFire wireless mobile column lifting system this weekend at the NADA/ATD Convention & Expo in New Orleans.
Rotary Lift’s new wireless lifts feature the MCH19 FLEX for commercial vehicles and the MCH13 FLEX for light- and medium-duty vehicles. The latter was on display in New Orleans.
Regarding its new heavy-duty lift, the company says the MCH19 FLEX has a lifting capacity of 18,800 lbs. per column, enabling a set of eight columns to pick up vehicles weighing up to 150,400 lbs. Mach Flex lifting systems are available in configurations of two, four, six or eight columns.
Using the system is easy, the company says. When beginning work each morning, a technician simply turns on the wireless remote control, which then instructs the technician to turn on and sync each column lift. This takes just a few moments, the company says, and then the lift is ready to go.
“Mobile column lifts are incredibly popular in a wide range of shops because they’re so flexible and easy to use to service virtually any vehicle,” says Doug Spiller, Rotary Lift heavy-duty product manager. “Rotary Lift already set the standard in the category with our Mach Series of mobile column lifts that are faster and easier to use than any others.”
Other features include a Rotary Lift’s patent-pending LockLight technology, which is a green light on top of the lift that immediately illuminates when a lift has locked, allowing technicians to clearly see when it is safe to begin service under a lift. Additionally, each mobile column is spring loaded and on wheels, allowing service shops to move the units as necessary throughout a facility.
