Mack Trucks will spotlight a full lineup of refuse vehicles during WasteExpo 2017, including its Mack LR model.
The LR model, built to withstand challenges of refuse customers requiring enhanced maneuverability, increased visibility and improved driver comfort, is available in three-axle 6Ă—4 configurations and is powered by diesel or natural gas, the company says.
Also featured in Mack booth No. 2526 will be Wrightspeed’s Geared Traction Drive unit, complete with a custom axle. Mack is the first OEM to evaluate Wrightspeed technology within a Class 8 refuse vehicle.
