NATDA adds technical workshop to upcoming trade show

Updated Aug 8, 2017

To utilize its position to help trailer dealers across the U.S. and Canada to continuously improve, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) on Monday introduced a new, free and live technical training webinar will be hosted by LINK Trailer Parts at the 2017 NATDA Trade Show & Convention in September.

During the training NATDA says Dexter Axle, CURT Group and B&W Trailer Hitches will cover a variety of topics, all aimed at improving the parts and service component of each dealership. Each live technical installation will focus on important elements of testing and repairing different products, with the goal of helping improve the quality of work and billable hours technicians produce in their dealership.

“We’re very excited to introduce live, technical training to this year’s lineup again,” says Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. “We feel the technical workshops are important way to increase profits for dealerships at every level by gaining the professional tips and tricks by OEM professionals that dealers couldn’t otherwise.”

NATDA says free dealer education has been an integral part of the dealer experience at the annual trade show. NATDA will celebrate its 10-year anniversary in Indianapolis this year and, as such, is thrilled to offer a line-up of leading suppliers in the trailer industry, the group says.
