The American Truck Dealers (ATD) announced this week its annual Driven guide providing commercial truck dealers with performance guides and trends is available to ATD members on nada.org.
ATD Performance Measurement 2019 provides medium- and heavy-duty truck dealers with relevant comparative guides, including overall dealership performance plus departmental information for new and used sales, parts, service and body shop.
The publication examines 2018 best-of-class and all-dealer averages compared to 2017 and 2016 for 60 critical operating variables. The current and future state of the industry also is analyzed, ATD says.
