Fyda Freightliner Western Star Zanesville (5005 East Pike, Zanesville, OH 43701) has expanded its parts and service hours.
Beginning Monday, April 1, 2019, the parts and service departments will be open for business 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The dealership is closed Sunday.
The company says the expansion of operating hours is a result of business and demand growth since the dealership opened in May 2016.
“We have an awesome team of employees at Fyda Zanesville, and we are all excited to expand our hours in order to better serve our customers. We appreciate the community we serve around Zanesville, and are thankful for their trust which allows us to help keep their business moving. The addition of over 24 business hours a week will allow us to serve them better with quicker repair turnaround time, more uptime, and a higher level of support for our local parts customers,” says Gary Tiffan, general manager for both the Zanesville and Columbus dealerships.
Fyda Freightliner Western Star Zanesville is an authorized dealer for Freightliner and Western Star. Truck sales is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a truck sales representative on call 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
