K Neal Logo 300x94K. Neal Truck and Bus Center (K. Neal) is hosting the K. Neal Spring Summit: Safety & Compliance Seminar on May 7. The event is free for current and potential new customers.

The full day event is comprised of an optional safety class, free lunch, more than $5,000 in raffle prizes and on-site vehicle demonstrations. There will be more than 20 sponsors on-site, including officials from Navistar, IC Bus, International, Hino, Isuzu and NAPA Automotive Parts, the company says. More than 300 people have registered for the event.

Guests who choose to participate in the eight-hour class will receive the required training certification mandated by the FMCSA. Participants will be able to learn about risk control techniques to maintain insurability, control losses and improve their bottom line. The seminar is a joint effort by K. Neal/Idealease and the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).

“This is a great opportunity for business owners, fleet managers and all industry professionals to learn about the new motor carrier regulations and safety programs,” says Korey Neal, K. Neal president. “My goal is for attendees to walk away with greater knowledge they can use to enhance their business as well as enjoy good food and hopefully win some raffle prizes.”

The K. Neal Spring Summit will be held on from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, at the Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro, Md. CLICK HERE to register or learn more.
