The full day event is comprised of an optional safety class, free lunch, more than $5,000 in raffle prizes and on-site vehicle demonstrations. There will be more than 20 sponsors on-site, including officials from Navistar, IC Bus, International, Hino, Isuzu and NAPA Automotive Parts, the company says. More than 300 people have registered for the event.
Guests who choose to participate in the eight-hour class will receive the required training certification mandated by the FMCSA. Participants will be able to learn about risk control techniques to maintain insurability, control losses and improve their bottom line. The seminar is a joint effort by K. Neal/Idealease and the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).
“This is a great opportunity for business owners, fleet managers and all industry professionals to learn about the new motor carrier regulations and safety programs,” says Korey Neal, K.
