Cleveland, Ohio-based Cleveland Freightliner, part of the Valley Truck Centers organization announces it has acquired the assets of Midway Freightliner in Monroeville, and Mansfield Ohio.
The acquisition is effective April 29, 2019.
Cleveland Freightliner and Valley Truck Center say this expands the company’s full service and sales the DTNA/Freightliner network to include locations in Cleveland, Ohio (Freightliner and Western Star), Toledo, Ohio (Freightliner and Western Star); Monroe, Mich. (Freightliner & Western Star Trucks) Monroeville Freightliner, Monroeville, Ohio; plus Mansfield Freightliner located in Mansfield, Ohio.

The Valley Truck Center dealer group currently offers new and used vehicle sales for DTNA brands with Daimler Truck Financial, Finance and Leasing, rental trucks and tractors. The company says it is focused on best in class parts and service focusing on attaining Elite Support status at all locations in Northeast and Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan, while maintaining our Elite support status at our Cleveland, Ohio facility. Represented in the network are the Freightliner Trucks full line of products including custom chassis, Western Star Trucks full line, Alliance brand parts, SelecTrucks offerings and full Detroit Power offerings, the company adds.
