NTDA elect four members to board of directors

The National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) has elected four dealer members to serve three-year terms on its board of Directors.

The newly elected directors are Travis Johnson, CEO, Intermountain Trailer Sales & Service; Mack Keay, branch manager, Ocean Trailer; Benton Reynolds, senior vice president, W&B – Superior Trailer Sales; and Jamey Vaughn, president and owner, Twin State Trailers.

The 2019–2020 board will be installed Oct. 9, 2019, during the 29th Annual NTDA Convention at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla. Dealer and allied members elect new board members each year.

The NTDA board is composed of 12 members, nine elected from the dealer membership and three elected from the Allied membership.

The 2019–2020 executive committee is comprised of Michael Shuemake, president, Central Valley Trailer Repair, who will serve as 2019–2020 chairman of the board; Geoff Reid, regional director, Hendrickson, who will serve as first vice chairman; Richard Bloomquist, president, North Central Utility of Wisconsin – Madison, who will serve as second vice chairman; Mark Hall, corporate trailer sales manager, Stoops Freightliner – Quality Trailer, who will serve as treasurer; and Gwendolyn Brown serves as president of the NTDA.

Also serving on the 2019–2020 board are the following dealer directors: Kenneth Bumgardner, president, Royal Truck & Trailer Sales; and Justin Deputy, president and chief operating officer, Utility Trailer Sales of Utah. Trey Gary, president, Dorsey Trailer; and Robert Ulsh, vice president, dealer and international sales, Great Dane Trailers, will serve as allied directors.

In October 2019, Chairman of the Board John Princing, president, Scientific Brake & Equipment, will retire from the board, along with Charlie Blyth, president of Blyth Trailer Sales, and Dave Tomasello, executive vice president, Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel.
