Rihm Kenworth has been earned a NAIOP Minnesota 2018 Award of Excellence in the industrial build-to-suit category, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal first reported.
Rihm Kenworth earned the recognition for its new corporate headquarters facility built in South St. Paul, Minn. The company opened the new location in February 2018. In addition to housing the company’s main offices, the more than 60,000 sq.-ft. facility also offers sales, part and service.
“We’ve built our new offices with people in mind,” President and CEO Kari Rihm said at the facility’s opening last year. “These facilities are helping us improve our service and offerings for our loyal customers throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.”
