Karmak ConferenceKarmak Inc. announced plans to take flagship Windows-based product, Fusion, to the web during its recent record-setting client conference last month in St. Louis.

With more than 540 attendees on hand, Karmak announced it is 18 months into its Fusion transition and is confident that Fusion’s cloud-based browser functionality will provide the easy-to-use, secure, scalable platform that customers need in today’s market. This ensures Fusion users can continue to operate at the highest level of profitability well into the future, the company says.

“Karmak exists to create efficiencies and improved profits for our clients,” says John Pacione, Karmak president and CEO.  “Meeting with clients at conference helps us to ensure we’re exceeding customer expectations with the investments we’re making to not only our software, but to our partner network as well.  We’re excited to connect our clients with the best solutions in the industry.”

Featuring a wide variety of sessions that allowed clients to learn with Karmak instructors and share best practices with their peers, as well as the opportunity to sit with Fusion experts for one-on-one questions, Karmak’s conference helped customers take home actionable insights into industry trends and software best practices alike.

“We’re here to help our clients get the most out of their business system, of course — but also get the most out of their business in general,” says Pacione. “We’re excited to connect our clients with our industry’s top partner solutions by providing them with access to these companies at our event and through Unity — our integration platform that helps clients connect with third-party solutions at the speed of business. We also were excited to share information on how we’re ensuring our flagship product, Fusion, will scale well into the future by taking it to the browser.”

In addition to its educational sessions and product updates, Karmak also hosted a private party at the Gateway Arch, a national monument that allowed Karmak clients and partners the chance to see Saint Louis from the tallest man-made monument in the Western Hemisphere.

Regarding the event’s growing attendee list, Karmak notes notes it saw a big jump in the number of both client and third-party partner attendees this year. Karmak says this provides clients with more networking opportunities with their peers and access to more industry-leading solutions in the convention’s Product & Services Room.

The entire event was well received by Karmak clients and vendors alike. The company says its feedback was overwhelmingly positive — “we’re looking forward to continuing to delight our clients with our upcoming events.”

“Karmak Conference is an event we won’t miss,” adds Greg Cooke, senior director of sales, DocStar.  “It’s clear that Karmak invests heavily in their relationship with both clients and partners. We’re pleased to see such a level of commitment in our industry.  We’re proud to have been Karmak’s Elite Sponsor at this event and will be returning as such at Karmak Conference 2020.”

Karmak has scheduled its 2020 Conference for Oct. 20-22, 2020, in St. Louis.
