After initially joining forces in June of 2019 to purchase International territory northwest of the Twin Cities metro area, North Central International and Nelson International have entered a second phase of their partnership.

The two groups that currently combine to cover territories in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa have agreed to purchase Maney International in St. Cloud and Alexandria, Minn.

The deal will bring the former Maney locations, along with the northwest metro area, under the umbrella of North Central International. The result is a partnership between three organizations entailing a combined 15 rooftops and 300-plus employees serving the trucking community across the upper Midwest. The Maney business names were officially retired on Jan. 31, 2020, the company says.

“We are extremely excited about what we’ve accomplished to this point and also what lies ahead for this partnership,” says Andy Hatlestad, co-president, North Central International.

“The Maney territory is a natural fit for the NCI and Nelson partnership. Our customers will benefit from this NCI, LLC expansion,” adds Ryan Nelson, co-president, North Central International.
