Aim NationaLease, Airoldi Brothers NationaLease and Brown NationaLease have acquired the assets of McCoy NationaLease.

With more than 50 years of service in the local market, McCoy has longstanding relationships in the community and a well-founded reputation in the industry. McCoy NationaLease is a part of The McCoy Group, which was founded in 1958 by Robert McCoy, according to the announcement.

In this unique sale, Aim NationaLease will operate McCoy’s current location in Indianapolis, which has 40 full service lease customers and approximately 280 units, the company says.

“We are excited to welcome the McCoy NationaLease Indianapolis employees to Aim and we are looking forward to serving our new customers in Indianapolis with the dedicated and consistent level of fleet care that’s come to be associated with the Aim brand,” says Aim Co-President Geoff Fleming.

Aim NationaLease will now have north and south Indianapolis locations to better serve the market. It will continue operating temporarily out the McCoy NationaLease facility, at 1631 W. Thompson Road, which will be Aim NationaLease’s second location in the metro area.

“We’re no strangers to the Indianapolis market, as we have a facility in the northern part of the city already. Our expanded footprint will give us opportunities to better serve and support new and existing customers,” Fleming says.

Airoldi Brothers NationaLease will operate several McCoy NationaLease locations in New Brighton, Minn.; Green Bay, Wis.; Appleton, Wis.; Janesville, Wis.; Milwaukee and Rockford, Ill.

“This sale will expand Airoldi’s reach in the market and our footprint in the industry, allowing us to service more prospective customers, continue to support existing clients and provide job opportunities in local markets,” says Cheri Airoldi, owner, Airoldi Brothers NationaLease.

The Appleton location will operate as a duplicate location for Airoldi Brothers, expanding service operations in the area, while managing different maintenance roles. The Milwaukee location will be merged into Airoldi’s existing location while facilities in Illinois, Minnesota, Janesville and Green Bay will serve as new business locations for Airoldi Brothers.

“The team of McCoy NationaLease employees have a strong work ethic and dedication to the company. We are fortunate to have such a strong group of people that will complement the Airoldi brand,” says Mike Airoldi, owner, Airoldi Brothers NationaLease.

Brown NationaLease purchased the Iowa assets of McCoy NationaLease in Dubuque, Iowa.

President Taylor Brown says, “This will be a nice addition to our company as we celebrate our 80th year in business. We were happy that McCoy NationaLease approached us since it is a natural fit for both operations; we are able to keep this business in the NationaLease family and it should be an easy transition for the customers as they are used to dealing with a family run, locally managed company.”

This acquisition will add approximately 15 customers to Brown NationaLease that will be serviced at their existing service facilities, the company says.
