Fleet One offers Operation Homefront fuel card

Fleet One is offering the Operation Homefront fuel card to customers who are searching for a tangible way to support U.S. troops while saving money on their fuel expenses. When a driver fills up with the Operation Homefront fuel card, Fleet One will make a donation directly to the organization, up to $250,000 every year. The Operation Homefront fuel card is available to all Fleet One customers, regardless of fleet size.

San Antonio-based Operation Homefront is a nonprofit organization that provides emergency and everyday assistance for our troops from all branches of the military, the families they leave behind, and for wounded warriors when they return home. Operation Homefront CEO Jim Knotts says the collaboration with Fleet One sends a powerful message to our military personnel. “Our troops know that the price of peace is paid by their entire military families,” Knotts says. “It means so much to them that great companies like Fleet One support their families while they’re in harm’s way. It lets them concentrate on the mission, knowing emergency and financial needs are being taken care of. And it lets them know how much support and gratitude they have back home. Operation Homefront is proud to partner with Fleet One to help take care of those who take care of us all.”

Fleet One Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Michael Thompson says the innovative program is a precise fit in our company’s culture of corporate responsibility. “Fleet One is proud to be the first to market with this type of collaboration,” Thompson says. “Our company is excited to handle the administrative responsibilities of connecting patriotic Americans to a method for them to say ‘Thank you!’ to our military.”
