Dayton Parts says it continues to receive praises for its Dayton Parts Everywhere Mobile App.
The company says users are praising its ease of use, the mix of information provided and having all of Dayton Parts literature at their fingertips. Customers also have suggested the company develop an instructional video to demonstrate how powerful a sales and marketing tool it is, Dayton Parts says.
“I’m proud to announce the instructional video has been released and available to our customer base,” says Walt Sherbourne, vice president marketing.
The Dayton Parts Everywhere application was launched in 2015 and designed for easy navigation, providing product catalogs, product literature, new product bulletins, technical bulletins, newsletters and sales tools. The Dayton Parts website is available on the app where internet access is available.
Dayton Parts says users can download information they need when they have internet access and then the information can be used when they are in remote areas without access to the internet.
The customer-requested instructional video is available by contacting a Dayton Parts District Sales Manager, the company says.
