RDO Truck Center in Davenport, Iowa, is now a Mack and Volvo Certified Uptime Dealer.
Service Manager Chad Vallejo says all of the credit goes to his team members.

Certified uptime dealerships undergo rigorous training and meet specific standards set by Mack and Volvo to provide exceptional service and support.
"It was important for us to gain this certification so we're a top option when someone is looking for service," Vallejo says. "We can get the customer in for initial diagnostics within minutes and evaluate if the truck can be fixed that same day."
