Meritor has announced recipients of its first Supplier Partner Awards that recognize 16 North America companies for achieving excellence in quality, delivery, cost savings and innovation. The awards were presented at a ceremony held on Feb. 25, at Meritor’s headquarters.
“We appreciate the relationship our supplier partners are forging with Meritor,” says Rob Speed, vice president and chief procurement officer. “Their commitment to excellence contributes to our strategic goal of meeting and exceeding the expectations of customers and further strengthens Meritor’s business.”
The following companies received a 2014 Supplier Partner Award for providing a variety of components, materials and services to Meritor:

“We evaluated these companies based on Meritor’s M2016 three-year strategy, which includes growing supplier partnerships,” Speed says. “These 16 companies fully understand that when we work together and are focused on exceeding OEMs’ expectations, all of our businesses can be more successful.”
