The Littelfuse TR Series is a dual pole 500-amp continuous current rated master disconnect switch. Littelfuse says it cuts all battery power from vehicle electrical systems for applications needing switching of two circuits, or both positive and negative.
The TR Series can be used to switch two vehicle voltage circuits simultaneously both 24 Vdc and 12 Vdc, the company says. The switch feature an ingress rating IP67 and IP69K meaning this switch can be mounted in exposed locations on vehicles requiring maximum rigidity. The TR Series switch is rated with a max operating voltage of 48 Vdc and can be ordered by the part number 880175, the company says.
