Registration has opened for the ATA’s Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) 2019 Fall Meeting, held in conjunction with TMCSuperTech 2019, scheduled for Sept. 15-19, 2019, at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, N.C.
TMC says this year’s event again features a strong slate of educational sessions for trucking equipment managers, as well as a host of activities geared for truck technicians to advance their profession. The theme of TMC’s 2019 Fall Meeting — New Prospects for Technical Achievement — centers around finding answers to the environmental, economic, cybersecurity and regulatory challenges that face the trucking industry.
Additionally, TMCSuperTech 2019 will feature three separate competitions: the traditional (heavy-duty) track; trailer track; and light/medium vehicle track. The sixth-annual TMCFutureTech 2019, sponsored by the TechForce Foundation, will also be held during the Fall Meeting. TMCFutureTech consists of a set of skill stations for post-secondary technician students, and patterned after TMCSuperTech.
