ASE Connects is inviting service shops and dealers in the automotive, diesel and collision industries to participate in the latest Quarterly Service Snapshot to gain valuable benchmarking data and see how their service department compares to others nationwide.
ASE Connects says the quick, anonymous survey provides participants with benchmark data on key service department metrics, including customer labor rates, revenue growth, appointment lead time and technician demand. Results are available exclusively to ASE Connects members who complete the survey between Oct. 1-15. Individual responses are kept confidential and findings are reported only in aggregate. Shops and dealerships that aren’t ASE Connects members can participate by signing up for a free trial, available through Dec. 31, 2026.

ASE Connects members can complete the Quarterly Service Snapshot between Oct. 1-15 by logging into their account and navigating to the Industry Data Exchange. Shops and dealerships that are not yet members, can sign up for a free trial through Dec. 31, 2026.
