Quality Tire joins Michelin Commercial Service Network

MCSNMichelin Americas Truck Tires, a division of Michelin North America, Inc., announces Quality Tire Company will join the Michelin Commercial Service Network (MCSN).

Michelin says the family-owned business operates four commercial/retail locations in Salt Lake City, Orem and St. George, Utah, and Billings, Mont., with state-of-the-art service trucks and TIA-certified service specialists. As part of the MCSN, Quality Tire will offer a complete range of services, including repairs, inspection and alignments, Michelin OnCall 24/7/365 emergency road service (ERS), and Michelin Tire Care preventative tire monitoring, the company says.

“We are pleased Quality Tire has joined the Michelin Commercial Service Network family,” says Ralph Dimenna, chief operating officer for Michelin Americas Truck Tires Division. “With a 30-year reputation for providing great service, Quality Tire has grown its business into a best-servicing dealer for our Northern Rockies fleet customers. The addition of Michelin OnCall and Michelin Tire Care to Quality Tire’s portfolio of services will amplify the network’s collective service level for fleets in the region.”

The MICHELIN Commercial Service Network is designed to help fleets maximize uptime and ensure consistent, high quality service from a nationwide franchise network, the company says. The addition of Quality Tire brings the MCSN to approximately 600 locations across the United States.

Through this network, Michelin says it provides fleet customers with a comprehensive service package and access to skilled technicians and professional equipment, all of which are backed by rigorous certification and audit standards.

Quality Tire will provide professional service to commercial customers with Michelin and BFGoodrich products that include commercial truck, industrial, farm/implement, passenger/light truck, motor home and trailer tires. Quality Tire operates two Oliver retread plants in Salt Lake City and Billings.

“The Michelin Commercial Service Network program fits perfectly within our organization and aligns with our core value of providing our customers with exceptional service and value,” says Scott Hanson, president of Quality Tire. “MCSN is unmatched in the market today and gives fleets confidence that their needs will be met consistently and professionally, no matter where they should find themselves in need of service. We are proud to be the newest MCSN member and look forward to providing our mutual fleet customers an outstanding service experience.”
