Wesley Salley, a senior technician for FedEx Freight, won the TMCSuperTech 2026 Grand Champion Award on Tuesday as part of a FedEx Freight sweep of awards.
"Being named Grand Champion at TMC's National Technician Skills Competitions is a tremendous honor," says TMC Executive Director Robert Braswell. "Wesley demonstrated the kinds of skills, technical knowledge and professionalism we have come to expect from our members. Congratulations to him and to all our competitors who displayed extraordinary talent during this competition."

In second place was another FedEx Freight tech and former TMCSuperTech Grand Champion Kelby Bentley. Mitchell Buelow, also of FedEx Freight, came in third. Buelow and Salley also won the team competition.
Corbin White, from the University of Northwest Ohio, won the TMCFutureTech National Student Technician Skills Competition. Madison Boone from Forsyth Technical Community College came in second and Jeffrey Jackson of Francis Tuttle Technology Center placed third.
