Dayton introduces aftermarket emissions parts

Dayton Parts has expanded its heavy-duty aftermarket product line, adding several new part numbers including several emissions and aftertreatment components.

One of the company's newest part numbers is an exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor for 2006 and 2007 Kenworth and Peterbilt applications. Dayton says "EGT sensors frequently seize in the exhaust bung, making replacement difficult and damaging the bung. This unique repair solution includes a sensor, new bungs, weld-on plates, zip ties, and a convenient bung repair kit, just in case."

Dayton also has released an EGR cooler for multiple vehicle applications — 2016 Crane Carrier Company trucks, 2013 to 2017 Freightliner and Volvo vehicles, and 2014 to 2017 Mack. and Paccar trucks. Dayton Parts says "engineered to match the fit and function of the original EGR cooler in specified trucks. Subjected to rigorous heat transfer testing, burst testing and vehicle try-on testing to ensure fit and reliability."

The company also has added new wiring harness for 2014 to 2016 Cummins ISX engines and 2014 to 2018 Cummins engines. Dayton says the harness are "designed to match the fit and function of the original harness on specified applications. Quality engineered to be a reliable replacement for an original harness that is missing, failed or damaged due to corrosion."
