BendPak's Litestix LED work light now comes with a higher capacity battery that can provide up to seven hours of use on one charge.
The Litestix LS36SMDX has a higher-capacity lithium battery than previous models, upgrading to a 2600 mAh battery from the older 1800 mAh battery. The new Litestix will run for up to an hour longer than older models, the company says.
The Litestix has 36 LED bulbs that generate 1,200 lumens of light. The lamp also has high and low brightness settings and features an impact-resistant polycarbonate housing. Litestix also has a telescoping holder and magnetic swivel mount. The light's 90-degree swiveling handles are equipped with magnetic ends that enable mounting the light tube on any flat or off-angle metallic surface.
The all-steel telescoping cradle frame can extend from 49.5 inches to 79.75 inches and can secure to, for instance, the underside of a vehicle hood. When used without the cradle frame, the Litestix can be hung using recessed hooks inside the handles that twist out as needed.
