Air-Weigh introduced the iWeigh platform on Tuesday.

The on-board scale solution facilitates seamless data transfer through a SAE J1939 CAN bus or Bluetooth to various outputs and devices. It is universally compatible and suitable for air and mechanical suspensions on both steer and drive axles, Air-Weigh says.

"iWeigh is a significant leap in on-board weighing technology," says Martin Ambrose, CEO of Air-Weigh. "We are merging precision data with versatility, equipping fleets and drivers with important information to make informed, real-time decisions. Whether it's reducing manual processes, ensuring regulatory compliance or boosting safety, iWeigh empowers fleets and drivers to operate more efficiently in a competitive landscape."

The company says iWeigh is designed for streamlined installation and weight can be shown inside or outside the vehicle and works across all makes of trucks, tractors and trailers. For trucks that are already equipped with LoadMaxx or LoadMaxx Plus, iWeight automatically pairs with the system and transmits weight data.

Air-Weigh says the platform eliminates weigh station stops, prevents overweight penalties and optimizes load management.
